What
about exercise?
Exercise is not required as part of our program. Our diet plans
are designed to specifically target fat, while sparing muscle tissue. You
may find that, as you lose weight and experience more energy, exercise will
become much easier. We encourage adding moderate exercise at some point
during the program because it increases the body's ability to burn fat and
will help you to lose weight faster and keep the weight off.

What
else do I need to buy?
Your diet plan will consist of mostly real foods, plus 2-4 of
our delicious protein supplements per day (depending on your weight loss
plan and your current weight), to keep your blood sugar level, keep you
from getting hungry and protect your muscle mass so that your body burns
your stored fat for weight loss. To make sure that your nutritional requirements
are being met, you will also take the following high-quality vitamin/mineral
supplements: a multiple vitamin/mineral, potassium, calcium/ magnesium/
zinc and essential fatty acids (EFAs). If you need a little more help
on the program, we also offer our very popular ephedra-free herbal diet
pills to suppress your appetite and increase your metabolism (see our product
order page). All of these products are discounted 5%-10%
for our members.
Can
I buy a membership just to get the discount on the herbal diet pills or do I have to do the whole thing?
Yes, you are welcome to become a member and pick and choose the
benefits that work for you. In fact, we have many members who have joined
just for the product discounts. For one thing, the appetite suppressants
we offer are sold in clinics for as much as triple our
member price! And, our protein supplements can be used as part of other
low carb, high protein diets, such as Atkins, and the Zone, or for any other

I
just started the diet and I am hungry! Do you have diet pills to suppress
